Job Description

The GTM Implementation and Support (GTMIS) organization supports the onboarding of Treasury management services for Corporate, Commercial, Small Business and Private Wealth Management clients. As a support team in the GTMIS organization, the Product Partnership and Delivery Team partners with Sales, Product, and our clients to launch efficient and scalable pilot programs for new GTM products, delivering excellence in client experience.

Description:

Experienced Project Manager who leads creation of onboarding process for new TM products and services as well as guiding early adopter clients through initial implementation process.

Adept at building and maintaining business partnerships with Sales, Product, Operations, and other Tech Teams. Manages new TM product projects for GTMIS as a part of the overall project (led by Sales) - - - starting with ideation, business case review with Product through development of the new onboarding process and testing with pilot clients. Has direct contact with pilot clients until products are fully implemented. Schedules and facilitates client meetings with appropriate internal resources (Sales, Ops, Product, Tech Support). Prepares and submits TM requests for pilot clients. Maintains and publishes project documentation (process flows, project plans, meeting notes, agendas) with Sales and clients. In developing processes for new products, ensures Internal business partners (Business Controls and Risk) fully approve and any risk issues are addressed in advance of launch. Helps to document and train processing teams with the new TM products and functionality. Collaborates with Sales to ensure an intentional hand-off to post-production support.


- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five to eight years of experience in project management activities

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • 5-8 year of Treasury Management experience (Sales, Product, or Implementation)

  • Technical experience (with products or in onboarding clients with products and services)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Intermediate (or higher) skills with Microsoft Office suite

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree or professional certification a plus

  • OnBase system knowledge preferred

  • Demonstrated leadership, analytical and organizational skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $86,360.00 - $101,600.00 - $111,760.00
