U.S. Bank is seeking a ServiceNow Data Architect who will contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives in our digital transformation journey.
The ServiceNow Data Architect at US Bank is a key position within the Treasury and Payment Solutions Onboarding and Servicing team. This role is responsible for establishing data architecture standards and technical evaluations, bring in architecture value additions, best practices and provides optimal design recommendations to help drive our CSM/ITOM/CSDM/ITAM/ITSM program.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work
- 6+ years of ServiceNow experience, preferably with CSM, ITSM Modules.
- Experience with JavaScript, Python, API integration and web service calls.
- Required ServiceNow Administration (CSA) Fundamentals Certification
- Required ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Required ServiceNow Certified Customer Service Management (CSM) Implementation Specialist.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Expert Level on Model Management, must understand the integration of all SN Modules and related Model Management components and flows between the following SN Modules (HAM, SAM, CSDM, CMDB, APM, DPR, CSM and others)
- 6+ years professional hands-on experience with ServiceNow Common Service Data Model, Data Architecture, CMDB design, administration, development and operation.
- Experience with Advanced CSM/HAM/SAM Pro configurations and customizations.
- Experience leading the design/implementation of configuration driven, scalable, reliable services
- Excellent interpersonal skills and passionate about collaborating across organizational boundaries.
- Evaluates and onboards new capabilities.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Hands-on experience in the following ServiceNow Modules (CSM, ITAM, ITOM/CMDB/Discovery/CSDM, ITSM, Discovery, Portal, Mobile and Automation).
- Nice to have - ServiceNow Gen AI experience.
- 5+ years professional experience with MS SQL or similar RDBMS architecture.
- Comfortable presenting complex, technical topics in an actionable manner to senior leadership.
- Deep experience working with ServiceNow CSM/ITAM/ITOM Products
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Able to communicate processes and results with all parties involved in the product team, including engineers, product owner, scrum master, third party vendors and customers
- Experience with Agile development methodology
NOTE: This role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $126,820.00 - $149,200.00 - $164,120.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
