Project Manager – MEP (Residential Projects)

Job Overview

We are looking for experienced MEP Project Managers to oversee the execution and delivery of mid-to-high-rise residential projects. The ideal candidates should have a strong track record of managing large-scale MEP projects, leading site teams, resolving execution challenges, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and successfully handed over.

The role focuses on project execution, site management, team leadership, coordination, and overall project delivery rather than detailed design engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of MEP works across mid-to-high-rise residential projects.

• Ensure project delivery in accordance with approved designs, specifications, contractual requirements, and project timelines.

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, and subcontractor teams.

• Manage project resources, manpower, materials, and subcontractors to ensure efficient execution.

• Identify and resolve site-related challenges, technical issues, and project bottlenecks.

• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and overall performance.

• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and applicable project standards.

• Lead project teams and drive timely completion, testing, commissioning, and final handover.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 7 years of experience specifically in MEP Project Management.

• Ideally 10–15 years of overall professional experience; strong candidates with 10–12 years will also be considered.

• Proven experience managing mid-to-high-rise residential MEP projects.

• Must have successfully delivered at least two MEP projects through final handover.

• Experience managing large-scale MEP project scopes, with exposure to projects valued at AED 70 million or above.

• Strong experience in site execution, project coordination, manpower management, and stakeholder handling.

• Ability to manage project challenges, drive progress, and ensure timely project completion.
