RKSV Securities was founded by Ravi Kumar and Shrinivas Viswanath in 2009 and was soon graced by Kavitha Subramanian as the third co-founder in 2016. Backed by Ratan Tata, Upstox had raised $4 million in Series A funding in early 2016 that was led by Kalaari Capital. The Series B funding round scaled multifold and witnessed an investment of $25 million by US-based investment firm - Tiger Global Management in September 2019.
 We have a team of highly skilled technology and finance professionals, and are currently looking for highly motivated field experts to be part of our high-energy team.

Position: Branch Head
Location: Mumbai/Delhi

Key Responsibility:
- Responsible for managing end to end business of the division
- AOP management in line with leadership team
- Hiring/Training of the required sales team which include 10-12 City Heads, 50 City Managers and 5K+ Advisors/Partners
- To create and execute the SOPs by all team members
- Coming up with new initiatives to achieve penetration of advisors/partners in assigned geography
- Ideate and Pilot new initiatives to multifold business priorities
- Strategize on the market insights on competition, new initiatives, business opportunities
- Ensuring quality deliverables with strict adherence to Audit and governance model
- Coming up with new business models to increase penetration and business opportunities
- Responsible for Customer acquisition, Upsell, cross sell, distribution model

Qualifications
- 5+ yrs of total work experience in sales and people management (Field work)
- Strong business acumen, Analytical skills, Stakeholder management,
- Background of working in Sales and distribution domain
