Here is what you need to know about this role:
Job Title: Associate Manager/Manager - Insurance Lead Generation
Location: Mumbai

Job Description:
Research and identify potential clients (businesses) to target for insurance solutions
Responsible for supporting new business growth by setting qualified meetings that turn into new business and managing the pipeline of leads
Utilise various lead generation strategies (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns, social media, industry events)
Meet the lead generation targets, with a focus on quality over quantity
Marketing efforts collaborated to territory or Industry specific demographics 
Conduct new business reporting and create dashboards to deliver actionable data
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, conversations, and follow-ups 
Track and report lead generation metrics (e.g., conversion rates, lead quality)
Provide regular progress updates to the sales team and management
Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and follow-up
Provide support for sales meetings, proposals, and presentations
Participate in sales strategy sessions to refine lead generation approaches

What do you need to bring?
2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the insurance industry
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets
Proficient in CRM software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks
