Senior UI/UX Designer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Design modern, clean, and conversion-focused UI for websites and web applications.

2. Translate business and product requirements into effective user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs.

3. Deliver small tasks on the same day and complete larger projects within 3 weeks.

4. Work closely with developers, product, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution.

5. Suggest design and UX improvements to enhance website and web app performance.

6. Create supporting graphic assets such as banners, mascots, icons, illustrations, and other UI-related visuals.

7. Maintain consistency across pages and products through strong design systems and visual standards.

8. Reduce unnecessary revisions by producing thoughtful, complete, and well-structured designs from the start.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Proven experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of modern web and app work.

2. Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, user behaviour, layout, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

3. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and solve problems proactively.

4. Strong communication skills and ability to cooperate effectively with cross-functional teams.

5. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver under tight deadlines.

6. Comfortable working in the iGaming industry.

7. Willing to work on a hybrid basis: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

8. Must have own laptop or machine suitable for design work.

GOOD TO HAVE:

1. Experience in designing for iGaming, entertainment, or performance-driven digital products.

2. Ability to create motion-ready assets or work with animation-ready design files.

3. Familiarity with front-end constraints and collaboration with developers.

4. Experience building or maintaining design systems.
