Senior Ruby Developer
Location: London, gb
Job Description
- 6-8 years of experience with Ruby on Rails. Good understanding of the syntax of Ruby development and its nuances
- Experience of working on Web API and RESTful
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
- A knack for writing clean, readable Ruby code
- Good understanding of server-side templating languages e.g. Liquid, Slim
- Good understanding of server-side CSS pre-processors
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and JQuery
- Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
- Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- Tools like Git and CI/CD tools
- Added advantage if deployed application on AWS
