Responsibilities

• Develop analytical frameworks, models, and insights that support business intelligence, product strategy, and venture decision-making.
• Apply data science and machine learning methods to identify patterns, build predictive models, and solve complex business problems.
• Design and maintain data workflows that enable reliable data collection, transformation, analysis, and reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into clear analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.
• Create dashboards, reports, and data narratives that communicate performance trends, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability across analytical and machine learning initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong ability to apply data science and machine learning techniques to real-world business and product challenges.
• Experience developing analytics and business intelligence solutions that support strategic decision-making.
• Working knowledge of data engineering concepts, including data pipelines, data transformation, and data reliability.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
• Strong SQL skills for querying, transforming, and analyzing structured data.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup or venture-building environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GCP and BigQuery.
