Golang Backend Engineer

The opportunity
ironSource Exchange from Unity is looking for a team player, brilliant backend engineer, to join our R&D backend team and work on the core server products.

As a part of the team, you will build our next-generation tools and applications, which will help the Exchange department to be one step ahead of our competitors and increase revenue.

What you'll be doing

• Building web servers for a large scale and maintaining our existing backend products.
• Own your work from technical design, development, testing, deploying, maintaining and documenting.
• Work closely with our Product, DevOps and DataOps teams.
• Participate fully in team planning and work with colleagues to continuously improve the team's performance.

What we're looking for

• 3 years experience as a Golang developer.
• 2 years experience in designing and coding large scalable systems.
• Capability to work independently, self-motivated, and innovate.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Experience in Agile development, including continuous integration, continuous deployment and coding for automated testing.
• Comfortable with Linux and the terminal.
• Git flow working knowledge.

You might also have

• MySQL/PostgreSQL, Aerospike, Redis and working with data.
• Experience in building and maintaining data pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS.
