This role is for an Android Developer who wants to work with real scale, real complexity, and real impact. You’ll work alongside a strong engineering team with deep mobile expertise, influence architectural decisions, and see your ideas implemented in production. About the product: Our streaming app, launched on iOS in 2021 and Android in 2023, connects like-minded people in a safe and welcoming space. Designed for the USA and Tier-1 markets, it offers a sleek, intuitive user experience with high-quality video without any ads! You will work on fresh, exciting features in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will
- Develop and support modern application features
- Integrate with external APIs and third-party services
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Implement modern architectural solutions and best practices
- Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team
It’s all about you
- 4+ years of experience in the Android native development
- Deep knowledge of Android SDK and Kotlin, Kotlin coroutines, flows
- Experience with Clean Architecture, MVI
- Knowledge of OOP principles and SOLID
- Experience writing unit tests
- Knowledge of data storage mechanisms (Room,DataStore)
- Experience with DI
- Experience with Jetpack Compose, at least 2 years production experience
- Experience with REST, Sockets
- Experience with Calls/Chats
