Job Description

• Manage / Being a team of business analysts, architects, designers and software developers to deliver projects and change requests

• Manage the whole life cycle of system development follow UOBT SDM

• Work closely with business users in all change requests which includes gathering change requirements, documenting system requirement definition, testing and implementation.

• Design application and ensure compliance and consistency of application standards and procedures.

• Collaborate with UAT team to create test plans, analyze test cases, identify issues and escalate them to appropriate teams.

• Perform technical expertise and assistance in designing, testing and developing applications.

• Responsible for modifying existing in-house application programs when required.

• Prepare and present status reports, implementation task lists, roll-back plan for the system deployment

• Manage multi-vendor teams or UOBS Counterpart

• Ensure the project is delivered within scope, budget and on schedule

• Assist in production support to ensure no business interruption due to system application issues

Qualification:

• 5 years of experience in system development areas

• 3 years of experience in project management/ banking application is preferable

• Good functional knowledge in banking domains e.g. ATM, credit card, Retail banking (Deposit, Loan, etc.), Wholesale banking (trade finance or treasury), Financial Accounting

• Strong knowledge in Programming language used to develop the application, whether it's a database or a business program incorporated into corporate system i.e. SQL, Jaza, etc.

• Communication skill
