As the Director, Community Growth Marketing, you will play a critical role in helping to build, grow and manage partnerships with non-profit and community-based organizations (CBOs) across the U.S. You will be responsible for crafting compelling go-to-market strategies and launch plans, defining positioning and messaging that speaks to product value propositions to maximize exposure and drive adoption of the Unite Us platform across our community and network partners.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Marketing you will support the strategic development of growth plans and the implementation of marketing initiatives, including content creation, email marketing, and social media to drive increased awareness for our programs and product solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong analytical and communication skills and an understanding of automating workflows to create seamless user experiences.
Attention to detail and an eye for quality are critical to your success, along with an ability to grasp and present our products’ value in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve problems. You track performance and have the data to prove what’s working and what isn’t.
What you’ll Do
- Own GTM (go-to-market) strategy and execution for Unite Us’ product line for the “Community” vertical - focused on social care providers and non-profit agencies.
- Create launch plans, product and marketing messaging, sales enablement, digital/media assets and internal/external communications to maximize exposure and drive community-based organizations to take action.
- Develop tools and materials to enable self-service onboarding and implementation for new CBOs onto the Unite Us platform
- Design automated workflows and tools to simplify and track the onboarding of community-based organizations onto the Unite Us platform.
- Establish and manage a “Community Advisory Program” - to encourage ongoing engagement and support
- Work with product, marketing and sales teams to develop engaging, customer-centric messaging that drives product/platform adoption throughout the customer experience.
- Maintain a strong pulse on positioning, competitive landscape, market trends and news that may impact messaging or campaigns.
- Partner with our customers to create case studies and customer success stories.
- Identify and nurture brand evangelists through relationships with sales reps and via social media as a source to help promote our products.
Your a great fit for the role if
- 8+ years of product marketing/marketing experience, B2B and or B2C
- Experience working with nonprofits and community-based organizations a strong plus
- Strong understanding of eCommerce workflows and platforms
- Familiar with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Pardot, and Google Analytics.
- Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, Project Mgt Software, and digital marketing programs/technologies
- Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer.
- Familiarity with principles of content marketing and demand generation

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
- This position is remote, U.S.-based only
- The target pay range for this role is: $145,000-$165,000. This salary range represents our target hiring range for this role. The proposed salary will be dependent on the candidate's skills, experience, and competencies, as well as location.
- This position may require 15% travel
- All team members will be required to pass a background check which includes criminal, employment, and education verification
