AI/ML Engineer

Job Description

What success looks like in this role:

• Contributes significantly to the integration of AI / ML models into products and services.
• Supports team efforts to ensure the quality of underlying ML models, including:
 o Data processing and cleaning, and
 o Model retraining.
• Supports internal teams through development of complex solution packages and associated release and adoption strategies.
• Strives to understand product-related feedback, issues and user expectations.
• Gains understanding and experience to take broader ownership for ML service delivery.
• Participates in design discussions regarding features and methods to improve existing products and/or the implementation of new products

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning and/or data engineering projects, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery.
• Proven experience in implementing LLM-based solutions in production environments, with a deep understanding of the associated challenges and best practices
• Proficiency in Python and its data wrangling libraries (e.g., Pandas).
• Good understanding of standard ML algorithms.
• Sound understanding of software design principles.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures, with the ability to apply this knowledge to solve complex problems.
• Quick to grasp new technologies and concepts, staying ahead in a rapidly evolving field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences in English
