Estamos en la búsqueda de un Administrador de Redes Cisco (nivel Associate) con 3 a 4 años de experiencia en administración y soporte de redes LAN y WAN. Esta posición será responsable de garantizar la disponibilidad, estabilidad y seguridad de la infraestructura de red, asegurando la continuidad operativa del negocio.

Responsabilidades

  • Administración, configuración y soporte de infraestructura de red LAN/WAN.

  • Gestión y monitoreo de equipos Cisco (switches, routers, access points).

  • Soporte de incidentes y requerimientos de red (nivel 2).

  • Implementación de configuraciones, cambios y mejoras en la red.

  • Diagnóstico y solución de fallas de conectividad y desempeño.

  • Apoyo en proyectos de expansión, migración o actualización de red.

  • Documentación técnica y actualización de diagramas de red.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Experiencia: 3 a 4 años administrando redes Cisco.

  • Conocimientos sólidos en:

    • Routing & Switching

    • VLANs, STP

    • Protocolos de enrutamiento (OSPF, EIGRP deseable)

    • TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

    • Conceptos básicos de seguridad en red

  • Experiencia en administración de redes LAN y WAN corporativas.

  • Formación académica: Tecnólogo, profesional titulado o ingeniero graduado en Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas, Electrónica o carreras afines.

  • Nivel Associate (deseable certificación CCNA vigente o equivalente).

  • Perfil

  • Persona analítica, con capacidad de resolución de problemas.

  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.

  • Orientación al servicio y cumplimiento de SLA.
