If you want to help grow an exciting company by using modern frontend approaches and if you are devoted to building new products from scratch this job is for you. This role is ideally suited for an Engineer who is very good at working closely with others, both backend developers and designers. You are a self-igniting developer, motivated to seek opportunities to improve a codebase and the delivery process on the frontend. We like to work with Engineers who contribute to discussions, explore options, and include other views in making decisions. And we focus on engineering valuable business outcomes, rather than on technical perfection.

Uncapped provides working capital loans to brands and retailers around the world, doing between $10m and $100m in turnover.

What you will do ✍️

As a frontend developer, you will own the technical side of frontend projects and deliver new features for our revolutionary product. We want you to aim high and create good quality code; learn how we can quickly iterate with our codebase and make changes; and help with defining and refining tasks.

  • Be actively involved with new product design
  • Help other team members deliver frontend-related work
  • Write clean code and help others to do so by conducting Code reviews - our standard procedure
  • Deliver and monitor your work using CI and CD practices
  • Contribute by asking, learning, helping, growing
