Founded in 2019, Uncapped is the fastest, most affordable way for growing online businesses to fund marketing and inventory. The company was born out of frustration with the limited financing options available for UK and European entrepreneurs to finance growth.

Uncapped provides working capital loans to brands and retailers around the world, doing between $10m and $100m in turnover.

  • Managing a small team to deliver value
  • Help recruit new team members

Who you are πŸ‘€

  • 4+ years experience in managing engineering teams (as, i.e. team lead or development manager)
  • 10+ years of Engineering experience
  • You are a strategic thinker who can translate business problems into compelling vision. You're comfortable working alongside product managers during the discovery phase to ensure technical feasibility.
  • You want to be able to impact how we work and how our company delivers value.
  • You have a track record of success in building, coaching, and mentoring cross-functional teams.
  • You believe that high coding standards are necessary. You are happy to review code, give feedback, and participate in the design phase of solutions. You are glad to innovate and bring ideas to the table.
  • You thrive in collaborative environments and excel at building strong relationships within cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Data, Sales, Design, etc.).

Nice to have:

  • Background in scoring/modelling business, e.g., in finance/payments/insurance
  • Experience working in a product driven company.
