The role

What you'll do -

Client advisory and pre-sales

• Lead discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders to find and rank automation opportunities.
• Assess clients' data, systems and security readiness for AI.
• Build demos and proofs of concept, and help scope solutions for proposals.

Solution design and delivery

• Design and build AI-powered workflows and integrations with ERP, CRM, e-commerce and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Deliver document processing solutions for invoices, purchase orders, shipping documents and contracts.
• Build knowledge assistants grounded in each client's own content, with access controls respected.
• Design solutions with appropriate human review, audit trails and security controls.
• Choose the right technology for each client's environment.

Productize the work

• Packaged services: well-scoped offers with clear pricing inputs, timelines and a defined way to measure success.
• Reusable accelerators: pre-built components, connectors, prompts and templates that shorten delivery.
• Standard discovery and assessment methods: consistent workshops, questionnaires and scoring models.
• Reference architectures: proven, secure designs for common use cases and platforms.
• Repeatable implementation plans: standard phases, tasks, roles and go-live criteria.
• Clearly defined deliverables and outcomes: what clients receive at each stage, and how value is measured.

Ongoing improvement

• Monitor solutions in production for accuracy, usage and cost.
• Tune and improve solutions over time, and find new opportunities with clients.

What you bring

Required

• 5+ years in solution engineering, technical consulting, or software or data engineering, with at least 2 years building generative AI or automation solutions in production.
• Hands-on experience with large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI or similar), including prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation and agent frameworks.
• Experience deploying and operating agent harnesses such as Hermes Agent, OpenClaw, Claude Code or similar. This covers configuring tools, skills and memory; connecting agents to business systems; and running them securely in production.
• Strong integration skills: APIs, Python or TypeScript, and business systems such as ERP, CRM and Microsoft 365.
• A track record of turning one-off project work into repeatable services, accelerators or delivery methods.
• An understanding of AI security and privacy, including Canadian privacy requirements such as PIPEDA and Québec's Law 25.
• The ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical and executive audiences.
• You enjoy variety, working independently, and taking ownership from design through to delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Automate, AWS Bedrock or n8n.
• Document AI experience (Azure AI Document Intelligence, Google Document AI).
• Experience building service offerings in a consulting or managed-services firm.
• Certifications such as Azure AI Engineer or AWS Machine Learning.
• French is an asset.
