Salesforce Field Service IT Development Senior Analyst

Location: Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines

As a Salesforce Developer at UL Solutions, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing our global Salesforce ecosystem. You will design and deliver scalable solutions that support business growth, digital transformation, and our journey toward becoming an AI-enabled, agentic enterprise. Working closely with a global team, you will help ensure we embrace configuration over customization wherever possible.

The IT Salesforce Development Senior Analyst position is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business solutions, supporting day-to-day production issues in the Salesforce Field Service, assisting Business Analysts and participating in architecture and design initiatives. This individual will work under direction of an IT Manager or Technical Lead at UL. The individual will adhere to the UL’s formal best practices, change management and system development lifecycle. Accountable for the support, design, and execution of deliverable that ensure the project and operational support goals are met. The individual must be self-driven and must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
