Marketing Claim Verification Program Manager

Location: India

• Managing the implementation of the Marketing Claim Verification Program.
• Provides overall leadership and support.
• Acts as front-line contact on program related activities, issues, and risks.
• Manages risks and issues and takes corrective measurements. 
• Interfaces with C-Suite Executives, Business Unit Leaders and finance to develop ROI and other financial measures.
• Manages stakeholders' communication.
• Plans the overall program and monitors the progress and performs daily program management throughout the program life cycle.
• Manages the programs financial performance.
• Coordinates the projects and their interdependencies.
• Manages and utilizes resources across projects.
• May manage the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives and goals, providing feedback and guidance and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.
• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
• Performs other duties as directed.

The Marketing Claim Verification Program Manager is responsible for the development, execution, and growth of the Marketing Claim Verification (MCV) program. This role serves as the central point of coordination between business leaders, sales teams, technical experts, engineering resources, operations, and customers to create and manage independent claim verification programs that provide credible, science-based validation of product, process, system, and facility performance claims. The position drives program growth, ensures operational excellence, and helps customers differentiate themselves through verified performance claims and the responsible use of the UL Verification Mark.
