As a Senior Project Manager you will have a wide range of responsibilities focused on managing our full suite of HCM solutions to meet the needs of our customers. A background in Talent and Benefits and/or HCM is preferred.
Senior Project Managers coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of a customer’s launch for UKG Enhanced Value Products while interacting closely with the customer to meet specific needs throughout the process.
The Senior Project Manager position combines advanced skills and levels of experience to deliver quality solutions to both customers and team members. A Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and leading a team to implement projects for customers of varying sizes and complexity. Qualified candidates will have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, some with multiple phases.
Job Responsibilities:
• Meet or exceed individual and team targets set each year
• Provide Project Management expertise to successfully lead the project team through HCM implementations
• Ensure that both customers and team members are meeting their project commitments in order to assure a successful customer implementation
• Coordinate and perform all phases of UKG's implementation methodology
• Create, communicate, and manage detailed project plans
• Manage and drive issues to closure
• Identify, discuss, and mitigate project risks
• Set and manage expectations for project deliverables with the project team
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule and resources
• Prepare, coordinate, and lead meetings between customers and appropriate UKG Team members
• Ensure project sign-offs and artifacts are completed
• Hold both customers and team members accountable for meeting their project commitments
• Effectively communicate with all project stakeholders from individual contributors to executives
• Document project work and progress in Salesforce and/or Smartsheet
• Maintain customer specific project console for all launch engagements
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding project status and project hours into Salesforce/PSA and/or Smartsheet
• Track, manage, and oversee resolution of open project issues/items
• Other duties as needed
Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years experience managing complex HCM implementations with external customers
• Talent and Benefits or Payroll background
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel
• Ability to travel up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication, customer service, and consulting skills
• Strong leadership presence
• Must be organized with time management skills to deliver on multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines
• Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing requirements, processes, tools, and resources
• Ability to manage multiple projects and consistently exceed expectations in customer satisfaction
• PMP Certification preferred

The pay range for this position is $78,800 to $113,300 , however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
