Senior Product Manager, Integrations & Developer Experience

This hybrid position requires two days per week in our Dublin office.

About your Skills

• Strategic Product Leadership: You have a demonstrated ability to develop and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Technical Aptitude: You have a technical background with a technical degree, experience as an engineer, and/or experience shipping technical products. Beyond just facilitating discussions with engineering teams, you can translate technical solutions to products. 
• Product Execution: You have worked with cross functional agile teams of designers and engineers to drive the planning, organizing and prioritization necessary to bring a product to market.

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead Udemy’s key, strategic integrations contributing to the growth and success of our enterprise learning product, Udemy Business. The role includes overseeing a developer portal and external API development.

What you'll be doing

• Strategic Leadership: Craft and execute a comprehensive product strategy, roadmap, and vision for our external APIs, developer resources and key strategic integrations. 
• User-Centric Design: Deeply empathize with administrators, buyers and learners, understanding their needs and employing AI technologies to enhance outcomes and experiences.
• Problem-Solving Excellence: Utilize first principles thinking to dissect complex challenges.
• Business Outcome Articulation: Clearly define and measure business outcomes.
• Data-Driven Development: Lead the creation of, leveraging data insights and market trends

What you’ll have

• Experience: At least 5 years in product management, with a minimum of 2 years in technical, platform or developer focused product roles.
• Track Record: Proven ability to launch and scale innovative products, demonstrating expertise in both initiating new products and enhancing mature ones.
• Clarity & Ambiguity Management: Exceptional ability in driving clarity and making progress in ambiguous, complex situations.
• Process & Flexibility: Strong skills in implementing effective processes in fast-paced environments while allowing for flexibility and rapid iterations.
• Communication & Leadership: A thought leader with outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging with senior leadership, customers, and the broader market.
