The role requires expert knowledge of Epic applications and reporting tools—including Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer, SQL Server, and Tableau—as well as advanced analytical abilities in data extraction, report generation, and information visualization. The BID may also develop training materials and educate end users on reporting tools and functions.
