Responsibilities (What he/she will do after join UI):
- Review, correct, and organize data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain files, documents, spreadsheets, and review records.
- Check image, audio, video, and text data according to internal guidelines.
- Identify and remove PII or other sensitive information.
- Report data quality issues to the Data and AI/ML Operations Team.
- Support additional data labeling tasks when required.
Minimum Qualifications (MUST-haves) :
- Basic computer and file-management skills.
- Experience using Google Workspace. (i.e Google Doc)
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and handle confidential data.
- Basic English reading and listening ability.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-haves / Plus) :
- Previous experience in data entry, document processing, quality assurance, content review, or administrative support.
- Experience reviewing spreadsheets or large amounts of structured data.
- Familiarity with image, video, audio, or text annotation is a plus.
- Familiarity with MacOS
- Fluent in written English ability.
