勤務地：愛知県名古屋市名東区（一社駅付近）
Our subsidiary, TX Operations Inc., is looking for a mechanic to lead the assembly and maintenance of robots and to develop processes for general mechanical tasks (assembly, repair, maintenance, safety, etc.). The Nagoya office currently has stable robot operations, allowing you to focus on deepening your technical understanding and contributing to product improvements through maintenance. As our operations expand, you will eventually take on robot deployment (installation and setup) responsibilities as well.
Location: Meito-ku, Nagoya-shi, Aichi (Near Issha Station).

This position currently focuses primarily on field service (maintenance/troubleshooting). However, robot deployment (installation/setup) responsibilities will be added as we expand our installations and launch new logistics robots.
業務内容 (Responsibilities)
- 導入（Deployment）顧客現場でのロボット設置・初期設定・試運転をリード
- 必要に応じて現地での組立・調整、物流ロボットの立ち上げ支援を実施
- 導入時に発生する不具合への初期対応、エンジニアと連携した迅速な解決
- 新規導入プロジェクトの準備やプロセス標準化を推進
- Deployment
- Lead robot installation, initial setup, and test operations at customer sites
- Perform on-site assembly, adjustments, and support for logistics robot startups as needed
- Provide first-level response to issues during deployment and resolve them quickly in collaboration with engineers
- Support preparation and process standardization for new deployment projects
- 保守・メンテナンス（Field Service）
- 不具合の原因を特定し、是正処置を実施委託先との調整業務
- ロボットの品質・修理性向上のため、エンジニアに改善フィードバック
- 効率的で反復可能な組立・修理プロセスを構築
- チーム効率を高めるマニュアルやワークフローを作成
- Identify causes of malfunctions and implement corrective measures
- Coordinate with external partners and contractors
- Provide feedback to engineers to improve robot quality and maintainability
- Develop efficient, repeatable assembly and repair processes
- Create manuals and workflows to enhance team efficiency
必須要件 (Must Have)
- 日常会話レベルの日本語
- シフト勤務に対応可能
- 普通自動車運転免許（AT限定可）
- 転勤が可能であること
- Conversational level Japanese
- Ability to work in shifts (including nights)
- Valid driver’s license in Japan (automatic transmission permitted)
- Willingness to relocate nationwide (Required)

- モーター、ギアボックス、各種機械部品の組立・修理経験
- 設計図・回路図・図面を読むスキル
- 組立・修理プロセスの設計・実施経験
- 優れたチームワークと、現場で動ける実践的な姿勢
- Hands-on mechanic experience in automotive, industrial automation, or robotics
- Experience in assembly and repair of motors, gearboxes, and mechanical components
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings, circuit diagrams, and blueprints
- Experience in designing and implementing assembly or repair processes
- Strong teamwork skills and a pragmatic, hands-on approach at the worksite
