Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead large-scale Health Insurance delivery programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in delivery governance, stakeholder management, digital transformation, and end-to-end program execution while ensuring quality, financial, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Health Insurance programs and projects.

- Manage client relationships and senior stakeholder communication.

- Drive delivery governance, project planning, and execution.

- Identify and mitigate delivery risks and ensure timely escalations.

- Monitor project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, KPIs, and SLAs.

- Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve business outcomes.

- Mentor and manage cross-functional delivery teams.
