In this role, you will
- Collect, process, and analyze large volumes of product usage data, customer feedback, and market data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define key metrics and KPIs for measuring product performance and collaborate on ensuring the right instrumentation of desired logging
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate insights and trends to internal stakeholders
- Conduct user behavior analysis and segmentation to inform product development, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
- Develop and apply statistical techniques to predict user behavior, churn, and lifetime value
- Partner with customer success and sales teams to analyze customer data and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and retention
- Work with the marketing team to analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with the research team to design and analyze experiments to test new product features and hypotheses
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams through clear and concise presentations and reports
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data science, machine learning, and product analytics
You may be a good fit if you have
- 3+ years of experience as an analyst or data scientist in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
- Comfort with business intelligence tools in creating and maintaining reporting
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques, such as hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and clustering
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable insights
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into business-relevant insights
- Collaborative and cross-functional team player, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with video understanding AI technologies and their applications is a plus
