Job Description

Responsable de liderar el desarrollo e implementación de sistemas, estándares y procesos de gestión de inversiones y proyectos de acuerdo con las mejores prácticas de la industria. Deberá impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua, fortalecer la gobernanza de inversiones y proyectos, asesorar a la organización en materias de PMO Corporativa y liderar actividades de definición e implementación de mejoras de procesos y gestión de proyectos.

Qualifications

• Ingeniero Civil / Industrial titulado, de cualquier especialidad.
• 15 / 20 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos, consultoría a proyectos, posiciones de liderazgo en el desarrollo e implementación de Sistemas / Estándares / Procesos de gestión de inversiones y proyectos de acuerdo con las mejores prácticas de la industria y posiciones de liderazgo en Project Management Office (PMO).
• Deseable postgrado en Ingeniería y/o Administración de Empresas.
• Deseable certificación Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Experiencia en proyectos mineros o petroquímicos.
• Conocimiento y manejo en:
  • Sistemas de inversión de capital y de gestión de proyectos.
  • Gobernanza de inversiones y proyectos.
  • Estándares y procesos de gestión de inversiones y proyectos.
  • Metodologías y prácticas de formulación, evaluación, gestión y control de proyectos.
  • Estrategias de implementación y contratación de proyectos.
  • Roles y funciones de una PMO corporativa.
• Manejo de sistemas de medición de avance de obras.
• Capacidad de dirección, disciplina y liderazgo.
• Capacidad de análisis sistémico.
• Capacidad de análisis de vulnerabilidad y riesgos.
• Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
• Liderazgo y trabajo en equipo.
