Description
At Turion Space, we're looking for a UI/UX Engineer to revolutionize how humans interact with spacecraft. You'll design and implement interfaces that bridge the gap between complex space technologies and human operators, making mission-critical decisions intuitive and error-resistant. Key Responsibilities

Lead the UX/UI Design Process  
  • Own the end-to-end design process from research through implementation 
  • Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes 
  • Conduct user research with spacecraft operators and customers 
  • Design systems that work across light/dark modes and varying screen sizes 
  • Create and maintain our design system 
Frontend Implementation  
  • Translate designs into production-ready React components 
  • Build and maintain our component library using Storybook 
  • Implement responsive, accessible interfaces using Tailwind CSS 
  • Contribute to our shadcn/ui component ecosystem 
Testing & Quality  
  • Write and maintain end-to-end tests using Playwright or Cypress 
  • Create visual regression tests 
  • Document component usage and guidelines 
  • Participate in UX reviews and user testing sessions
