Delivery Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring quality and timeliness of activities related to design, build and implementation of our Tufin Orchestration Suite, related integrations and work product. You will participate in collecting business/functional requirements, analysis of architecture, creation and review of the solution design as well as contribute to activities related to estimation, staffing analysis and risk planning. You will mentor and support the project team in developing and presenting high-quality deliverables. You will be part of a winning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued. 

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for applying project management knowledge ( at least 5 year experience) , skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems 
• Lead onboarding and scoping, including setting/managing expectations for successful delivery with key stakeholders 
• Create and manage project plans, and other standard Project Management Documentation 
• Define and document customer needs, requirements and process flows 
• Lead project meetings; identifies, documents and prioritizes scope changes and facilitates approval process; maintains and updates all project documents 
• Track and Manage Risks (and lead mitigation plans) 
• Drive the progress of the project across numerous different stakeholders towards successful deployment (international experience)
• Coordinate with stakeholders, champions, and sponsors to meet agreed plans 
• Conduct constant and effective communication channels with project teams and stakeholders 

• Must have at least 5 years experience in IT Project Management Experience
• Fluent in German (or other EMEA/APAC languages) is STRONGLY DESIRED
• Professional experience in managing complex IT projects in the areas of networking or network security 
• Experience working in managing projects in the networking / firewall fields 
• Knowledge and skill in project management methodologies, practices, techniques and tools 
• Excellent INTERNATIONAL customer facing skills and very high level of interpersonal communication (verbal and written) 
• Attention to detail, high organizational skills, ability to work well under pressure 
• Strong presentation & negotiation skills 
• Excellent communication, critical thinking & analytical skills 
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred 
• IT career experience/background and/or BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with IT focus degree
