任职要求

1. 学历与专业：
· 本科及以上学历，机械制造、材料工程、电子工程、工业工程等相关专业。
2. 工作经验：
· 硬性要求： 2年以上PCB行业或精密机械加工行业钻孔工艺相关工作经验。
· 优先考虑：
  · 有高端PCB（如HDI、HLC板等）钻孔经验者优先。
  · 有新设备安装/测试/验收经验优先。
  ·  英语水平：通过国家CTE-4考试  
3. 专业知识与技能：
· 核心知识： 深刻理解钻孔工艺原理，熟悉不同材料（如FR-4、高速材料等）的加工特性。
· 设备操作： 熟悉主流品牌数控钻孔机（如Hitachi、Schmoll、Vega）的操作和基本维护。
· 质量工具： 能熟练运用SPC、FMEA、8D等质量工具分析和解决问题。
· 测量仪器： 能够使用AOI、显微镜、坐标测量仪等进行质量检验和分析。
4. 能力与素质：
· 良好的分析问题和解决问题的能力，能够应对生产压力。
· 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。。
· 能适应制造业的工作环境，根据需要配合加班。

职位描述

1. 工艺设计与优化：
  · 负责新产品钻孔工艺的评审、设计与开发，制定标准作业指导书。
  · 解决钻孔工序中出现的披锋、钉头、毛刺、孔偏等质量问题。
2. 生产支持与问题解决：
  · 为生产线提供及时的技术支持，快速分析和解决钻孔过程中的异常问题。
  · 主导或参与钻孔相关的质量事故分析，并实施有效的纠正与预防措施。
3. 设备，物料与工具管理：
  · 与新设备/新物料/新刀具供应商进行技术对接，参与引进、测试及验收工作。
4. 团队协作与持续改进：
  · 与CAM、电镀、压合等其他工序工程师紧密合作，共同解决跨工序的技术问题。
  · 推动钻孔工序的自动化、数字化改进项目。
