Ihre Aufgaben
Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung von Lean-Assembly- und modernen Montagekonzepten
Ermittlung von Taktzeiten und Zeitbausteinen sowie Professionalisierung der Produktions-Taktung
Leitung und Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungs- und Verbesserungsprojekten
Teilprojektleitung für Produktüberführung von Entwicklung in Serienproduktion
Planung und Absicherung von Produktionsanläufen und Durchführung von Baugruppenreviews und Workshops
Transfer von Best Practices und Lean-Methoden im internationalen Produktionsnetzwerk
Begleitung von Produkt- und Baugruppenverlagerungen sowie internationalen Einsätzen
Unterstützung bei Vorrichtungs- und Betriebsmittelbau sowie Schnittstellenabstimmung
Durchführung von Prozess-Kaizen im Anlaufmanagement und Lessons Learned
Laufende Rückmeldung zu Abweichungen (Termin, Qualität, Kosten) an Produktion und Entwicklung
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (FH/HTL)
Mindestens 3 Jahre Projekterfahrung
Kenntnisse in Lean Production und Simultaneous Engineerin, Projektmanagement, Zeitwirtschaft sowie SAP PP/MM, SolidWorks, Python/C#
Englisch in Wort und Schrift
Analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Belastbarkeit, Reisebereitschaft und Organisationsfähigkeit
