  • Team Mission Statement and Vision:
    The Enterprise Applications (EA) Team is dedicated to empowering and accelerating the delivery of business solutions across vertical product line teams. We provide robust, scalable, and innovative application frameworks, services, and UI applications. Our goal is to enable other business stream delivery teams to focus on their core objectives by leveraging a unified technology ecosystem. As a horizontal platform team, we service the needs of vertical business stream teams, focusing on value delivery.Objectives:
    • Framework Development: Design and maintain shared application frameworks to streamline development processes.
    • Service Architecture: Architect core business services, ensuring service-oriented architecture principles.
    • UI Application Development: Develop responsive UI applications, keeping abreast of UI/UX trends.
    • Tool and Platform Building: Create tools for efficient development, testing, and deployment.
    • Core Business Objects: Own and build APIs for core business objects.
     
  • Role Summary:
    As a Front End Engineer III, you will be integral to our EA team, focusing on creating user-friendly, responsive, and accessible UI applications. You will collaborate cross-functionally to bring features to fruition and build systems that not only meet immediate business needs but are also scalable and enduring.Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate in a cross-functional team to deliver complete features.
    • Develop systems that are scalable and sustainable.
    • Engage with product management and stakeholders for product-line discovery.
    • Uphold TripleLift’s coding standards and best practices.
    • Contribute to the hiring process of new team members.
     
  • Required Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)/TypeScript, React (or similar component based frameworks: Vue, Svelte, etc), NextJS (or related frameworks), HTML/CSS (TailwindCSS, Bootstrap, MUI, or related)
     
  • Nice-to-Have Skills:
    • Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions/CircleCI/Jenkins or related) and Testing, GraphQL.
    • Containers/Orchestration (Docker, K8s, Nomad or related)
    • Backend skills (NodeJS, Java).
    • Design or UX skills (Figma, Invision, or related)
     
  • Experience Requirements:
    • BE degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • At least 5 years of professional experience in a relevant role.
     
  • Desired Skills and Attributes:
    • Strong teamwork and technical writing skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
    • Leadership in technical aspects of projects with 3-4 team members.
    • Skills to navigate incomplete requirements.
    • Motivational influence on software engineers for quality and scalability improvements.
     
  • Location Specifics:
    • This role is based in Pune, India, focusing on building a significant presence and ownership in the region.
    • The candidate should be able to work in coordination with different time zones and develop project management processes suitable for such collaborations.
