Role Overview
We're looking for a Playable Ad Developer to own playable ad production across all games at PeopleFun. You'll convert our existing titles into HTML5 playable experiences, build tools and processes that scale production and actively use AI to increase output and quality. This is a hands-on role with real scope - you're not just executing briefs, you're helping shape how we build playables as a studio.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end creation of playable ads across all PeopleFun games
- Build scalable processes and tooling to increase production volume and consistency
- Leverage AI tools to speed up and improve playable ad development
- Optimise playables for user experience, performance and cross-platform compatibility
- Collaborate with marketing, creative producers, artists and animators
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 2+ years of experience developing Playable Ads or HTML games
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, with experience in CSS, HTML5 and cross-platform composition
- Hands-on use of AI tools in development workflow
- Experience with adaptive composition and JS/CSS animation
- Comfortable working with Git
- Curious, self-driven and eager to explore new tools and approaches
- Portfolio of playable ads (required)
