Role Overview
We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, AI-driven Senior Visual Designer (1–3 years
experience) who can create high-quality, conversion-focused design across brand and product
touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone who moves fast, thinks sharply, and wants to play a
key role in building and scaling modern digital brands.
What You’ll Work On
● Lead design for digital campaigns, social media, emailers, landing pages, and
marketing assets
● Create premium, high-impact visual communication across Volaron’s ecosystem
● Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to drive brand storytelling
and performance-led design
● Maintain and evolve visual identity systems across brands
● Deliver pixel-perfect, detail-oriented execution with strong design consistency
● Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, content generation, mockups, and production
workflows
● Contribute to conversion-focused creatives and growth experiments
What We’re Looking For
● 1–3 years of experience in visual/graphic design
● A keen eye for detail, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
● Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign, and digital design work
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
● Working knowledge of Figma and Canva
● AI-first mindset with hands-on experience or strong familiarity with tools like ChatGPT,
Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, etc.
● Ability to balance speed with quality in a fast-paced environment
● Strong ownership and ability to execute independently
