IHRE AUFGABEN
Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden am Telefon und per E-Mail rund um unsere GEOgraf-Produktfamilie
Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Problemstellungen
Durchführung von Seminaren und Individualschulungen per Web oder beim Kunden vor Ort
Mitarbeit an Dienstleistungs- und Entwicklungsprojekten
Qualitätssicherung und Dokumentation im Rahmen der Versionspflege und Weiterentwicklung
Vertriebsunterstützung durch Präsentationen auf Messen, in Workshops oder beim Kunden vor Ort
SIE VERFÜGEN ÜBER
Abgeschlossenes Studium der Vermessung bzw. abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Vermessungstechniker oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
Kenntnisse von HHK- und Trimble-Produkten sind hilfreich, werden aber nicht vorausgesetzt
Kommunikationsstärke und eine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ein sicheres Auftreten
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch (C1 level) und gute Englischkenntnisse
Führerschein Klasse B und entsprechende Fahrpraxis
