About the Role

Trimble Sketchup PMO is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager Intern to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for a current student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in project management within an innovative, fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What You Will Do

• Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.

• Assist Scrum Masters in the execution of sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Support project tracking and reporting activities.

• Participate in project meetings and take detailed notes.

• Conduct research and gather data as needed.

• Assist with risk management and issue tracking.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

What Skills & Experience You Should Have

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Strong interest in Project Management,  Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
