How can you become part of the success story?

Become our Product Specialist, responsible for providing Civil Construction product support, system testing, and training to resellers and end customers globally, with a focus on the EMEA region. 

Products or systems you will support include but are not limited to: Site Positioning Systems (Total Stations, GNSS receivers), Field software (Siteworks), data collectors, Office Software (Trimble Business Center, Trimble Marine Construction, WorksManager and WorksOS) and hardware accessories.

The job is offered in either Trimble’s Raunheim/Germany, Milton Keynes (UK) or Brasov/Romania offices. 

What will you do? You will be...

• Providing timely technical support, reducing downtime or underutilization and increasing customer satisfaction of our products
• Working closely with our business partners, resellers, regional service centers, end-users, and internal Trimble teams. 
• Offering advanced technical product assistance on problems of diverse scope, where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. 
• Conducting trainings of our products for our distributors.
• Participating in ongoing product development representing the voice of the customer. Performing system acceptance and beta testing. 
• Developing technical communications in multiple media formats including digital documents and videos. 

What you should bring with...

• A passion for problem solving and helping people. 
• Strong collaboration, planning, troubleshooting and analytical skills. 
• Field experience as Civil Engineer or Surveyor or higher education in a relevant field of study (such as a Survey Engineer, Lead Surveyor, Survey Manager, Data Prep Specialist).
• Effective decision-making and the ability to work independently.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in English.
