Job Description

Trimble MEP ist im deutschsprachigen Raum die führende Unternehmensgruppe in der Herstellung, dem Verkauf und dem Support von IT-Lösungen für die Gebäudetechnik. Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Deutschland eine(n) Ingenieur (in) / Techniker(in) oder Systemplaner für die Gebäudetechnik (f/m/d) für die Betreuung unserer Trimble Nova Kunden in unserer technischen Hotline.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie sind der direkte Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden

  • Sie betreuen selbständig unsere Kunden bei der Einführung und Anwendung unserer CAD und Berechnungsprogramme für die Gebäudetechnik (Schwerpunkt HLS)

  • Sie stehen unseren Kunden bei Anfragen über die telefonische Hotline zur Verfügung

Ihre Persönlichkeit

  • Sie sind gelernte(r) technischer Zeichner/in (Systemplaner), Techniker/in oder Ingenieur/in Fachrichtung Gebäudetechnik (Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär)

  • Kenntnisse von CAD/CAE-Programmen (HLSE) von Vorteil

  • Sie haben ein sicheres Auftreten und Freude am Kundenkontakt
