What You Will Do
Join us as a Business Systems Analyst/Project Manager, , where you'll lead internal projects from start to finish. Take charge of planning, resource management, and progress tracking. Ensure project success, meeting technical standards, timelines, and budget. Keep an eye on process and performance improvements. Simplify existing processes to create scalable and predictable processes that will support the expected growth of the business. Define key success metrics, create and manage dashboards, analyze data and share learnings. Your role is pivotal in delivering excellence!
Successfully work with cross-functional teams (Customer Care, Marketing, Information Systems, and Sales) to build and develop processes, tools, etc
Define and report on key metrics for assessing the status of projects that become a part of the visibility to key stakeholders
You will bring excitement to stakeholders, delivering projects that impact the bottom line revenue.
Advocate for superior customer experience while managing functional scope and deadlines for product backlog items
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
Possess a bachelor’s degree in business or technical field, or equivalent professional experience
Experienced with project and change management
Solid organizational and analytical skills, and results driven
Commitment to excellence in customer service
Comfortable working in a changing environment
Ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced, deadline - driven work environment
Preferred Skills
Highly motivated and quick learner
Experience within a Subscription based organization is preferred - SaaS
Experience with Jira (or any other issue tracker tool) is preferred
Experience with Salesforce is preferred
Experience with Oracle iStore or Oracle E-Business Suite is preferred
