Senior Test Engineer - SSO

Tricentis is seeking a Senior Test Engineer for our fast-growing Identity Platform Team.

In this role you will be an integral part of a team focused on building a centralized identity and access management solution and delivering seamless experience for our customers as they utilize the full suite of Tricentis products.

This Prague, Czechia based position reports to the Identity Platform Engineering Manager. 

Responsibilities:

• Developing test automation to support delivery of quality software.
• Design, create, and maintain test automation which provides a healthy suite of automated tests.
• Working in collaboration with your team on continuous integration and rapid delivery of new features.  
• Developing and maintaining both manual and automated test cases.
• Building testing strategies that allow for a range of techniques to deliver high quality software. Driving integration testing planning and execution with other teams. 
• Mentoring other team members and automation engineers on the best practices from the testing and automation areas. 
• Contributing to the definition, construction, and monitoring of automated test key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Providing feedback to Tricentis product teams about your experience using Tricentis products in our software quality practices.

Requirements: 

• 5+ years of experience in the field of test automation.
• Experience implementing test automation strategies within Agile SDLC and DevOps pipelines, utilizing CI/CD tools to integrate automated tests into development workflows.
• Ability to design and execute performance tests for a given product feature.
• Active participation as a member of the engineering team contributing your expertise in delivering quality software. 
• Partner cross-organizationally to identify, design, and deliver solutions that help our products work better together. 
• Curious, autonomous, and rigorous, with the desire to improve and share testing practices.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, working from a Tricentis office location 3 days per week. 

Working knowledge of:  

• Test automation tools for web applications and APIs (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber, Robot Framework, etc.)
• Backend programming languages, ability to read existing code and write simple test scripts if needed (C#, Java and/or Typescript)
• Source control (GIT) 
• CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.) 

Nice to haves:  

• Experience with Tricentis products for test management and automation (Tosca, qTest, Neoload, Testim, ...).
• Good understanding of Cloud native technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience in testing identity and access management (IAM) components, including authentication, authorization, and user provisioning.
