Senior Principal Solution Architect - Innovation (SAP)

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-oriented Senior Principal Solution Innovation Architect to join our expanding innovation team. In this role, you will be leading the design of advanced solutions at the edge and beyond our core products. 

You will be part of the Business Solution Innovation Team, our task force for pioneering breakthrough innovations, connecting the feature scope of the products of the Tricentis Quality Management Platform into the broader ALM, BPM and EAM worlds.

Role & Responsibilities

• Ideate and specify next generation products and product capabilities and provide the architectural guidance and support to the teams implementing them.
• Establish close and interactive relationship with involved Tricentis and SAP co-development product owners and architects. Actively lead the development of architectural patterns, technology recommendations and the specification of nonfunctional requirements to guide implementation teams.
• Continually assess Tricentis and SAP development, extensibility and integration platforms and stay abreast of emerging technologies, methodologies, and patterns, leading experiments to assess their compatibility and potential.
• Provide direct support to implementation teams, during design, implementation, and optimization phases, to assess gaps, provide improvement guidance and help to optimize solutions for robust production scalability.
• Be a leader in fostering a culture of collaborative learning and growth across teams.
   

Qualifications

• 10+ years of practical experience as a solution architect for complex business applications
• 5+ years of practical experience in architecturally leading the development and/or extension of SAP LOB
• 3+ years leadership experience including senior business and technical management interaction with demonstrable track of successful design decisions
• Hands-on software development lifecycle experience with complex, productive solutions, across design, implementation, test, and deployment
• Experience with Service and Data Modeling concepts, good understanding of Enterprise Architecture Management and Business Process Management Methodologies
• Adaptability to change as typical in innovation environments where we continuously assess viability of ideas and progress with customers and stakeholders, and pivot when necessary.
• Proactive attitude: comfortable embracing new technologies, libraries, and patterns to swiftly address project requirements.
   

Bonus Skills

• Practical Experience with extension of SAP applications beyond S/4HANA, especially BTP-based solutions
• Practical experience with the application of Model Driven Architecture standards
• Knowledge of the SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework
• Knowledge of Signavio and LeanIX Products
