We're seeking a Graphic Design Professional to join our creative team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence into our creative production processes, working on e-com visuals and campaign assets of our Trendyolmilla Collection. You'll collaborate with designers, buyers, and other AI teams to push creative boundaries while leveraging AI to deliver exceptional results at unprecedented speed.

This position offers the unique opportunity to shape how a leading fast-fashion company approaches AI-enhanced creativity. You'll experiment with cutting-edge tools, develop new workflows, and help establish best practices that balance technological innovation with creative excellence. From generating initial concepts to producing final assets, you'll demonstrate how AI can amplify human creativity rather than replace it.

Responsibilities

Create final visuals of Trendyolmilla collection with vairable creative AI tools,

Create style guides and templates for consistent AI-generated content across visuals/campaigns,

Establish quality control processes for AI-generated content to ensure brand standards,

Monitor AI-generated content performance metrics and optimize based on data insights,   Model & Ghost Mannequin retouch for ecom images,

Maintain expertise in latest AI creative technologies and industry trends.

Expected Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Retouch, or related creative field,

At least 2-3 years of experience in the fashion industry, experience in creative production with demonstrable AI tool usage is preferable,

Able to use Adobe Creative programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) at an advanced level,

Proficiency in AI creative platforms (ComfyUI,Midjourney, Gemini, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, etc.)   Experienced especially in fashion/ecom shoots, skilled with studio and natural light, advanced in Photoshop/Lightroom/ Captureone, strong in skin tone-color-detail retouching,

Strong understanding & applying of prompt engineering and AI model capabilities,

Exceptional communication, persuasion, and teamwork skills, excited to work with different teams within the company,

It has an innovative perspective that follows fashion and creative trends.
