Team Overview

TransUnion is seeking a DevOps Senior level manager to support the US Core Credit Technology organization, to support 24/7 operations and be accountable for SLA/SLE delivery for US Credit batch on OneTru enterprise platform, driving execution during IST hours and ensuring operational performance. This role will lead a team of devops engineers to become SME across products, ensuring operational excellence and automation. Establish 24/7 ops coverage and partner with USMT Ops team, focusing on Run and Protect for US Credit Products.

This DevOps Manager role will support all US Credit Operations on OneTru, including TruIQ, Batch, and Online credit API’s. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across US Credit and OneTru platform
• Partner with Product & Engineering teams to streamline processes and define best practices for operations
• Ensure SLA/SLE adherence and continuous improvement
• Reduce manual effort through automation and tooling
• Accountability monitoring/alerting and incident response during IST processing hours

Required Knowledge And Experiences

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in large-scale data/platform operations
• Knowledge of batch processing, APIs, and data pipelines
• Hands on experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with shell scripting, pipeline automation tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
