As a Technical Platform Manager - Online, Online Batch & Batch Fulfilment within Global Technology Fulfilment, you will define and drive the strategy for scalable, resilient, efficient, and user-friendly fulfilment platforms. You will be responsible for enabling enterprise fulfilment capabilities across real-time, near real-time, and batch processing channels, ensuring consistent delivery, routing, orchestration, validation, monitoring, and operational excellence across TransUnion's global ecosystem. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with engineering, architecture, infrastructure, product, and operations teams.

What You'll Bring

• Deep understanding of distributed platform architectures, API-based services, event-driven systems, workflow orchestration, and large-scale transaction processing platforms.

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their native capabilities supporting online, online-batch, and batch processing workloads, observability, and operational resilience.

• 5-8 years of product management experience, with at least 3-5 years in a technical or platform-focused role.

• Background in software engineering, platform engineering, computer science, or related technical disciplines preferred.

• Strategic thinker with a systems mindset and strong empathy for internal and external platform consumers.

• Strong product management capabilities with a focus on platform enablement, operational excellence, and internal tooling.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Aha!.

• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

• Strong prioritization, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience designing and managing highly available, scalable fulfilment platforms supporting diverse business and market requirements.

• Knowledge of operational governance, service ownership, reliability engineering, and quality frameworks for enterprise platforms.

Impact You'll Make

Technical Product Management (TPM) plays a critical role at TransUnion as the conduit between our Sales, Product, and Engineering organizations. Our Product teams define the "what" and "why," while TPM partners with Product and Engineering to define and execute the "how."

Fulfilment Strategy & Roadmap

Define and evolve the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise fulfilment capabilities, including Online, Online Batch, and Batch fulfilment services, ensuring scalability, reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner closely with engineering, platform operations, infrastructure, architecture, and product teams across markets and solutions to understand business needs and translate them into platform capabilities.

Technical Requirements

Gather, prioritize, and refine technical requirements, ensuring platform investments align with business objectives, customer needs, and long-term scalability goals.

Product Lifecycle Management

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of fulfilment platform capabilities, from ideation and business case development through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Metrics & Optimization

Define and monitor key performance indicators including fulfilment success rates, processing latency, throughput, platform availability, operational efficiency, and user satisfaction. Drive continuous optimization and platform modernization initiatives.

Order Validation & Routing

Lead the strategy for real-time and batch validation, orchestration, routing, inventory checks, decisioning, and fulfilment path optimization to ensure accurate and timely order processing.

Monitoring & Alerting

Define and drive the vision for enterprise monitoring, observability, alerting, operational intelligence, and platform health management across online, online-batch, and batch fulfilment services.

Platform Reliability & Operational Excellence

Champion resiliency, scalability, disaster recovery, service governance, and operational best practices to ensure fulfilment platforms consistently meet enterprise service-level objectives and customer expectations.
