Dynamics of the Role
o As an EUC Lead Engineer, you will play a vital role in the ongoing design and building technology solutions related to end user computing, including but not limited to desktop operating systems (Windows/Mac and Virtual Desktop), modern device management, cloud managed systems, application packaging systems.
o This role is part of an IT Engineering team across the TU Workspace domain that core focus is to manage and build the end user device provided Globally to our Associate and Contracts. This includes MAC/WIN and Virtual Desktop Systems.

What You'll Bring:

The Team’s Focus – o The End User Compute Workspace IT Services Team is responsible for maintaining the Global Image of the End User Device across the Windows/MAC and Virtual Desktop Environment. This includes maintaining the device, the Group Policy Object (GPO), All applications and services on the end user device through Intune and Auto Pilot and JAMF and self-service offering for End Users Globally. This service starts with the onboarding of an Associate and continues throughout the Associates/Contractor lifecycle. o The End User Compute Engineering team also provides overall build and design support for all projects and initiatives that include changes/modifications and additions to the End User Device domain. o This team works closely with the Architecture and operations teams in all project delivery/initiatives that involve support of the Global Image for Windows/MAC and Virtual Desktop Environments.

Impact You'll Make:

What You Will Bring • 7+ year's experience with System Center Configuration Management (SCCM) and Intune design/architecture and operations/administration • Knowledge of several of the following areas: o System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Current Branch o Microsoft Intune and JAMF services o Unde o Windows 10/11 Operating Systems, including the ability to drive detailed technical workshops around migration, features, servicing, and security o MAC Operating Systems including ability to drive detailed technical workshops around migration, features, servicing, and security. o Migration Tool (USMT) and other deployment tools o Group Policy Object analysis, design, implementation, and testing o Desktop and Application Virtualization platforms and technologies, App-V, VMware, W365, AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop) o Deployment methodologies and User State Migration processes • Windows server platforms, network diagnostic tools, Active Directory, DHCP and VPN troubleshooting. • Highly developed analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems using a methodical systemic approach. • Experience troubleshooting workstations, imaging devices, and telecom. • Knowledge of operations management, systems security, and security standards, testing processes and protocols, relational databases, network devices and other core infrastructure concepts • Provide escalated technical support and guidance to resolve complex desktop-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. • Maintain accurate documentation of desktop configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. • Deploy new operating system and software to all current systems, assisting with support level escalations (3rd level support).
