As an IT Support Intern, you will be part of the team who will be responsible in providing quality technology support under the direct supervision of our End-user and Compute (EUC) Engineers.

What You'll Bring:

  • Provide technical assistance to the EUC users on hardware and software-related issues.

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, hardware, and software.

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues.

  • Follow established procedures and processes for computer maintenance.

  • Provide training and support to EUC users on the use of computer systems and software.

  • Inventory and keeping updated records of IT assets.

  • Documentation and Knowledge Management (IT Processes, Manuals, procedures, etc.)

  • Perform system backups and maintain accurate records.

  • Research and recommend solutions for technical problems.

  • Security Compliance and Risk Management of the Desktop Systems and IT operations

Impact You'll Make:

  • In the first half of your rendering hours with Transunion – Work closely with the EUC Engineers and associates to help support BAU and KTLO (Keeping the Lights On) operations, support and implement assigned tasks.

  • In the last half of your rendering hours with Transunion – Effectively perform the function and work with minimal supervision with the usual assigned tasks, as well as be involved in IT Service Management.  

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
