What We'll Bring:

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Desktop as a Service (DaaS) expert to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecture, design, and working with implementation and operational teams. The overall team is responsible for managing DaaS solutions to ensure seamless and efficient desktop virtualization services for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud computing, virtualization technologies, and desktop management. The team is responsible for the architecture, design, and interaction with implementation and operational teams managing End-User-Compute and DaaS solutions. What You'll Bring:

• Architect, design, assist with implementation, and provide 4th level support for DaaS solutions to meet our clients' needs. • Manage and maintain virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) environments. • Monitor and optimize the performance of DaaS solutions. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for systemic DaaS-related issues. • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure integration and compatibility of DaaS solutions with existing systems. • Develop and maintain documentation for DaaS configurations, processes, and procedures. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in DaaS and related technologies.

Impact You'll Make:

• 10+ years of technical experience including experience in technical architecture. • Proven experience in designing and managing DaaS solutions. • Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). • Proficiency in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Citrix, Windows 365). • Experience with desktop management tools and technologies. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python). • Familiarity with security best practices for DaaS environments.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
