What You'll Bring:

  • A completed bachelor's degree within a relevant major (Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Computer Science, Bachelor of Commerce) by April 2025 (or a recent graduate from the last 2 years)
  • 1-2 years of experience from internships or co-ops

Impact You'll Make:

TransUnion’s new graduate rotational program aims to produce high performing, early career talent that will own projects from beginning to end while cross training in the business, in a full-time position. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to grow their career in a challenging environment while working on high visibility projects across different business units. In this position, you will have access to mentorship opportunities, a buddy system with current associates, and touchpoints throughout the program with our SLT (Senior Leadership Team) and HR Business Partners.

Successful candidates will be hired into a full-time position and participate in the rotational program. The length of the rotational program will be 18 months, with three 6-month rotations across Global Technology, Solutions, and Operations.

Global Technology

Global Technology is accountable for the overall technology scope, including technical engineering, projects, data, IT operations, information & cyber-security, and compliance. The GT organization is responsible for driving client/customer value through the development of applications, enabling business products and functions, enhancing information security, monitoring & managing IT risks, adhering to regulations, and optimizing operational excellence.

This organization composes of teams across local and GCC locations: technical architecture & design, application development, quality assurance, project management (traditional/hybrid/scrum), information security, data engineering, IT operations and production support. Liaise and partner with global technology organizations including Enterprise Architecture, Office of CISO, Infrastructure & Operations, and Product Development, to ensure adherence to global standards and best practices. 

Solutions

The Solutions team enables growth of our B2B customer businesses by developing products, analytics, and market insights derived from credit data history of Canadian consumers and businesses.  Industries supported include financial services, insurance, government, automotive, retail, telco, and gaming.   We are responsible for product development and strategies for our full portfolio including consumer and commercial credit risk, fraud and identity, marketing services and consumer empowerment solutions. 

The team leads market research, consulting, market planning & development, and analytics, to deliver actionable insights to our customers.  We collaborate cross functionally with sales, operations, technology, data science, finance, legal and compliance teams to set and execute the product roadmap from ideation to development to sunset.  Product ideation comes locally from the voice of customer, both informal and through advisory boards, as well as globally from our international solutions teams working in over 30 countries to turn data into insights, making trust possible.

Operations

Operational functions manage the day-to-day activity of TransUnion Canada. In addition to interaction with customers and consumers, operational teams support Sales, Product and Solutions, and contribute to the growth of the business. Data and reporting is critical to ensure we are measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and understand the performance of the business, customer, and consumer experience, trends, and determining how to improve the business.
