Trane Technologies is creating a core team of individuals who will support in achieving our 2030 Climate Commitment of reducing Carbon emissions by 1GigaTon. For this purpose, we are announcing an opportunity for development of several Digital products for making our products more efficient, effective and reliable. As a Full Stack Lead, you will be collaborating closely with various stakeholders, SMEs and cross-functional across Globe and build Digital products which will leverage AI-ML and other cutting edge technologies.

What you will do:

In this role you will: 

• Requirement analysis, design, development and testing of the web applications.
• Establish and improve software development standards and processes along with best practices for delivery of scalable and high quality software.
• Provide technical leadership and execute software development projects from beginning to finish. Includes artifacts reviews, adhering to coding standards and ensuring appropriate stakeholder communication
• Basic project management techniques and experience in risk analysis and planning
• Collaborate effectively with all team members as well as hold regular technical team meetings.
• Minimize code complexity and leverage code reuse appropriately.
• Good at decision making, problem solving, and gaining commitment.
• Develop and lead distributed feature teams.
• Guide, coach, and mentor software engineers.

What you will bring:

• 6+ years of software development experience in web technologies with a minimum of 3 years in leading software feature teams for tech lead position
• Proficient in micro services development using Java spring boot.
• Web development experience in React JS.
• Proficient in Java script, Jquery, HTML 5 and CSS
• Write unit test cases to ensure high quality deliverables
• Experience in designing, scalable cloud applications using AWS services
• Good working experience in design and develop secured Rest APIs
• Working experience in agile methodology is preferred.
• Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles
