Mechanical engineering group, Trane Technologies Engineering& Technology center
Job Summary:
Development, upgrade, or maintenance of TK products. Responsible for producing or maintenance design documents according to work requirement, including 3D layout, 2D drawing and product engineering database deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- According to customer requirements, carry out concept design and technical selection of TK products, and formulate detail design/2D drawings/BOM.
- Provide technical support during the formulation and execution of original design, design adjustments, and engineering changes.
- Support tests of new components, assemblies, and complete systems.
- Support VAVE projects as required.
- Demonstrate basic engineering analysis skills.
- Having a sense of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Contribute as an individual contributor under supervision to complete assigned engineering tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree major in Mechanical Engineering or related.
- Working Experience >=2 Years.
- General design principles.

Key Competencies:
- Engineering fundamental knowledge required.
- Pro/E or Creo 3D modeling/2D Draft skills and finite element knowledge is preferred.
- Cabling skills are prioritized.
- Good manufacturing knowledge in sheet metal, tube, machining, casting and assembly knowledge is preferred.
- Familiarity with structural strength analysis and related calculations is preferred.
- Good team player; could work under pressure.
- Effective communication in English speaking and writing, and pass CET-6 is preferred.
- Relevant working experience in refrigeration & air conditioning industry is preferred.
